**Roles and Responsibilities**

As a Sales Executive at DegiGini, you will:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Promote DegiGini's services to generate leads and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer insights to help refine service offerings and strategies.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum educational qualification: [Insert required qualification, e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field].
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.

**What We Offer**
- A stipend of INR 12,000 per month.
