**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make phone calls to school principals, teachers, and educational organizations to introduce our services and generate leads.
- **Customer Interaction**: Address inquiries, provide information about our offerings, and respond to client questions promptly.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions to foster long-term business connections.
- **Sales Pipeline**: Maintain and update sales leads and prospects in the CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Effectively follow up with leads and clients to drive conversions and ensure satisfaction.
- **Client Retention**: Help maintain existing relationships through consistent communication and support.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth process for lead generation and customer conversion.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and submit necessary sales documentation, including call logs and client inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a persuasive and clear telephone manner.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and maintain professional relationships.
- **Prior Experience**: Previous experience as a telecaller or in customer service is a plus.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- **Positive Attitude**: Self-motivated with a friendly and professional approach to work.
