**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Engage with school principals and teachers to build relationships and explore business opportunities.
- **Business Development**: Initiate and cultivate relationships with target organizations to develop new business opportunities.
- **Market Awareness**: Create market awareness to increase sales volumes and revenue.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure a smooth follow-up process.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
- **Follow-ups & Conversions**: Manage follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
- **Client Acquisition & Retention**: Actively work on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- **Team Building**: Encourage and foster a collaborative team environment.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate sales documents.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer handling skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
