**Job Summary**: The Sales Coordinator for Retail Sales for Medical Educational Academy will be responsible for assisting the sales team in coordinating and executing sales activities for the Academy’s retail sales division. This role involves working closely with the sales team, customers, and vendors to ensure that sales goals are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide them with product information and pricing.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to product availability or quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the company database.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of promotional events and sales campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports for the sales team and management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer complaints and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the medical or educational industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A customer-focused attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
Working Conditions: The Sales Coordinator for Retail Sales for Medical Educational Academy will work primarily in an office environment, with occasional travel to meet with customers or attend industry events. This role may require some weekend or evening work to support promotional events and sales campaigns.

Pay: ₹192,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
