Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Convert student enquiries/leads into admissions by providing exceptional counselling and support throughout the admission process.

Counsel prospective students by clearly explaining program features, pedagogy, curriculum, and addressing their queries and concerns.

Engage with parents, guardians, and other counsellors, addressing their doubts and providing comprehensive information about the programs, admission processes, and career prospects.

Collaborate with the marketing team to provide valuable insights and feedback, assisting them in driving more traffic and generating quality leads.

Actively track and follow up on potential leads, ensuring timely communication and prompt responses to inquiries.

Participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, high school visits, and webinars, representing the institution and promoting its programs and offerings.

Continuously develop your knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to students' needs, concerns, and aspirations, and offering tailored guidance and support.

Work closely with the Admissions Head, seeking guidance and support as needed, and contributing to the development and implementation of effective admission strategies.

Skills Required:
1. Very good communication skills, fluent in English

2. Must be a self-starter and should be able to work with minimum guidance

3. Attitude to work in a start-up environment

4. Experience of working with an education company is preferred

5. Ability to deal with Parents diligently.

6. High EQ, a good listener, and a good team player with Persuasion and Influencing Skills.

7. Should be a student-centric individual, ready to help and solve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
