Job Title: Academic Counselor

Location: Gurgaon

Timing: 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM

Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic counseling to students and parents on academic and career choices.

Generating leads through Cold Calling

Understand and explain the academic programs offered by People Smart and its benefits.

Guide students in selecting appropriate courses based on their interests and goals.

Provide information about admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fees, and scholarships.

Address students' concerns and provide timely solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and counseling sessions.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

**Requirements**:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Previous experience in academic counseling or related field is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with MS Office and database management.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

Comfortable working in a remote setting.

Familiarity with online counseling platforms (desirable)
