**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and execute Continental cuisine menus, ensuring variety and seasonal relevance.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to meet established standards.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, assigning tasks and managing work schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on food items to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes.
- Address and resolve any issues related to food quality or presentation promptly.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, menu items, and safety procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching to enhance the skills and performance of the kitchen team.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen personnel to create a cohesive and efficient kitchen operation.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet overall organizational goals.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
