**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
- Explain the product or service features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Answer questions and provide additional information to customers as needed.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Obtain and update customer information in the database.
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Handle customer objections and concerns effectively to convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotional offers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or telemarketer.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,483.36 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
