**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain products or services and address customer queries effectively.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
- Maintain records of calls and useful information in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain a professional tone and adhere to the script during calls.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school,BA,B-com,BE,ME ,diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional languages].
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
