Job Description: Membership Consultant at Sparkle Fitness Studio

**Responsibilities**:
1. Engage with potential clients and provide exceptional customer service to promote memberships and services offered by Sparkle Fitness Studio.

2. Actively seek out new leads and convert them into loyal members by explaining the benefits of various membership plans and packages.

3. Conduct tours of the facility, showcase amenities, and tailor offerings to individual needs and fitness goals.

4. Handle inquiries and address concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all prospective members.

5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies and achieve sales targets.

7. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, services, and industry knowledge to offer relevant advice and information to potential members.

8. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer relationship management skills.

Required Work Experience & Skills:
1. Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness or service industry.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with potential clients.

3. Strong ability to listen and understand customers' needs, ensuring personalized recommendations.

4. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

6. Knowledge of fitness equipment, classes, and wellness services is a plus.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, or fitness-related fields are advantageous.

Sales Knowledge:
Understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and customer conversion strategies. Familiarity with consultative selling and the ability to address objections effectively.

Service Industry:
Experience in the service industry, such as hospitality or fitness, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
