**The role: Founder’s Office Associate**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Co-Founder on various growth initiatives and impactful activities
- ** Build the strategy to influence various stakeholders.**:

- Handle high-value university accounts and oversee all aspects of the management and operations of the program to ensure smooth execution
- Own the implementation of Kalvium’s program across all partner universities
- Impeccable writing and presentation skills to convey our ideas in the most succinct manner
- Work with verticals across the org on cross-functional initiatives

**Must have traits**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pitch to the various stakeholders
- Ability to work on big strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Ability to respond well under pressure, especially when working on multiple projects that are time sensitive
- You want to be the jack of all trades of the business and get a variety of experiences
- You are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one.
- You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
- You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. You have strong communication skills.
- You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
