We are seeking a talented and passionate Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chinese Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing authentic Chinese dishes that delight our guests. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in Chinese cuisine, including a variety of regional specialties, cooking techniques, and flavour profiles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a diverse range of Chinese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with a focus on quality, flavour, and presentation.
- Develop and execute innovative menu ideas while staying true to traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and excellence in taste and appearance.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques, recipes, and food safety practices.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, special promotions, and culinary events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques to continuously improve and elevate our menu offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including regional variations, cooking techniques, and ingredient sourcing.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity, with the ability to develop and execute innovative menu ideas.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritises tasks, and maintains composure under pressure.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
- Food Handler's Certificate or ServSafe Certification is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
