We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Counselor to join our team, responsible for guiding and advising students and parents about our various courses. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve academic success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide counseling to students and parents via phone calls or face-to-face interactions regarding course offerings.
- Handle routine interactions with students and parents over the phone and in-person, addressing queries and providing academic guidance.
- Counsel students and parents who visit the office, offering detailed information on various courses and programs.
- Guide students in taking ownership of their academic journey, fostering a sense of accountability, and supporting them in identifying the best opportunities for academic success.
- Responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process at the center, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and parents, ensuring their needs and concerns are met with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment targets and other center goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
