Customer Support Associate- Voice Process

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries promptly and accurately.
- Resolve product/service-related issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and offering solutions.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Meet performance targets related to call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify language - e.g., English/Hindi/Tamil, etc.].
- Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
**Job Types**: Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
