Front Desk Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk Management**
- Welcome clients warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in procedures, appointment scheduling, and any necessary documentation.
- Manage the client waiting area, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment.
**2. Administrative Support**
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including organizing client files, handling billing and payments, and managing inventory of office supplies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client information, appointments, and clinic transactions using clinic management software.
- Support clinic management in coordinating staff schedules, meetings, and training sessions.
**3. Client Service & Communication**
- Address client questions and concerns promptly, providing information about services, procedures, and aftercare instructions.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Obtain and document client feedback to help improve service quality and client satisfaction.
**4. Coordination & Team Support**
- Work closely with the medical and aesthetic teams to ensure smooth clinic operations and client flow.
- Support marketing initiatives by sharing promotional materials and information with clients, as well as collecting client contact details for newsletters and follow-ups.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and development sessions to stay updated on clinic policies and service offerings.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in front desk operations or administrative roles, preferably in a clinical, wellness, or hospitality setting.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
