**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **administrative support** to the team, including **calendar management**, **scheduling meetings**, and organizing appointments
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents in **fluent English**, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Maintain office organization, including **filing**, **document management**, and keeping records up to date
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and **travel arrangements**:

- Assist with **data entry**, **record keeping**, and **database management**:

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and professional relations
- Manage and order office supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of the office
- Provide support with HR and finance-related tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining employee records
- Handle **confidential information** with discretion and maintain office security protocols

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Fluent English** (written and spoken) is a must; additional languages are a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office software/tools (e.g., CRM, database systems)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- [Optional] Knowledge of specific industry software or tools

Pay: ₹14,346.42 - ₹25,847.76 per month
