Manage support tickets and follow up on unresolved issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment tracking and outstanding dues.
- Politely remind customers about pending payments and assist in collections.
- Document customer interactions and update internal records regularly.
- Escalate unresolved or complex queries to senior team members.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
- Maintain a professional tone and follow company communication standards.
- Coordinate closely with Marcom and Finance teams.
- Maintain CRM systems, MIS reports, and dispatch documentation.
- Follow up on payments and prepare IMRN (Inbound Material Receipt Notes).
- Assist in creating customer service SOPs, feedback PPTs, and training videos.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹31,599.36 per month
