**Internship Overview**

Join TANN TRIM as a Customer Support Intern and gain valuable experience in enhancing customer loyalty and engagement. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, analyze feedback and behavior data, and support targeted marketing campaigns. **Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and engagement.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the creation of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at existing customers.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Monitor key retention metrics and prepare reports for team review.
- Research industry best practices and competitor strategies related to customer retention.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- A passion for customer service and a desire to learn about retention strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
