Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the identification of significant variables and develop supplier quality control

plans.

2. Complete audit reports and communicate with suppliers within the time frame and

ensure that all audit findings are effectively contained and communicated to suppliers.

3. Identify and communicate issues that could impact product quality or business

continuity.

4. Maintain supplier quality management system audit files and ensure that records are

filed on time per procedure requirement and are compliant with defined requirements.

5. Identifies and manages areas of potential non-compliance.

6. Resolving supplier process/system issues.

7. Develop, plan, and conduct audits.

8. Knowledge of SA8000 audit

9. Well, trained to handle site/ customer complaint or voice handling.

10. Ensure the external provider product should be defect free.

11. Improve external provider manufacturing process.

Personal Characteristics

1. Honest and trustworthy

2. Demonstrate sound work ethics

3. Effective written & oral communication.

Education qualification: B Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineer / Electrical. Or Degree.

Experience : 7 - 8 years of experience in product quality of Engg products/ process

Preferable Industry : Automobile Industry/ Door Industry/ Refrigeration/ Construction/

Healthcare/ Warehouse / Automation Industries

CTC : As per industry standard

Required Knowledge / Skills/ Competencies:
1. Ability to Think fast & Keen Learner

2. Industry knowledge.

3. Negotiation skills.

4. Teamwork.

5. Confident, assertive, positive attitude, strong organization skills and a self-starter.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
