Job Title: Supplier Development Specialist

About the Role:

This position involves leading supplier development, qualification, and performance improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills to work with sourcing, manufacturing, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough supplier assessments and implement Global Sourcing Quality tools to ensure high-quality supply readiness.
  • Develop and manage supplier scorecards, audits (PPAPs, SCAs), and quality escalations to maintain excellence in supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive tooling, casting, and sheet metal development and CE/VE projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for performance tracking and initiate corrective actions.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in a team environment.
