**Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound calls.
- Make calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products.
- Identify customer needs and provide product information and pricing details.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or sales representative.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Note: - Knowledge of CRM will be preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
