**Job Overview**:
Ram Care Foundation is looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Tele Caller Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential and existing donors through phone calls, building strong relationships, and encouraging contributions to support the Foundation’s mission of helping underprivileged communities through education and meal distribution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential donors and existing supporters, building positive relationships.
- Explain the mission, programs, and needs of Ram Care Foundation to potential donors.
- Follow up with previous donors to maintain relationships and encourage repeat donations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions in our database.
- Answer any questions donors may have regarding their contributions, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Provide feedback and insights from donor interactions to improve the fundraising process.
- Ensure timely acknowledgement and appreciation of donations.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, with a polite and persuasive phone manner.
- Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Benefits**:

- In addition to the base salary, executive will receive an extra bonus for securing donations beyond a certain target amount.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele caller: 1 year (required)
