**Job Title: Tele Caller cum Sales Executive**

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Noida Sector
- 16

**Responsibilities**:
Make **outbound sales calls** to potential customers and convert leads into sales

Handle **inbound inquiries**, providing accurate information about devices

**Resolve customer and vendor queries**, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory sales experience.

**Manage and respond to OLX postings** via calls, messages, and follow-ups.

Generate **new leads** through platforms like **YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels**.

**Maintain and update** customer and vendor databases with accurate details.

Engage with **customers and vendors** to improve experience and satisfaction.

**Create reels and YouTube videos**, collaborating with **influencers and marketing teams** to enhance brand visibility.

Serve as the **social media front face** of the company. (for reels and your videos etc.)

**Develop and execute marketing strategies** to boost digital reach and engagement.

**Manage vendors** on the sales floor and assist them with inquiries.

Ensure a **positive and engaging customer experience** through effective communication.

**Key Skills Required**

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections.

Proficiency in social media platforms for lead generation.

Experience in vendor relationship management.

Ability to multitask and work under targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or vendor handling.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
