Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a postgraduate or graduation degree who are looking to kick-start their career in the sales and marketing field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management

**Requirements**:

- A postgraduate or graduation degree in any relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies

**Salary**: The salary for this position is up to 3.6 LPA, based on qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
