- Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about real estate services offered.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Ensure client information is accurately recorded and updated in the database.
- **Property Listing Management**:

- Assist in managing and updating property listings on various platforms.
- Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information.
- Prepare marketing materials for property listings.
- **Visitor Management**:

- Monitor and manage visitor access to the office, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with building security and property management for access and safety measures.
- **Document Handling**:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to real estate transactions.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of legal and contractual documents.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to support overall office efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, visitors, or staff in a timely and professional manner.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
