**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Arranges for substitutes and stand-by drivers or may drive a cab to cover absences for the purpose of providing adequate coverage to meet the transportation needs of the
- Assesses incidents, complaints and/or accidents for the purpose of resolving or recommending a resolution to the
- Conducts regular inspections of cabs for cleanliness and
- Coordinates with Vendor for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services and/or programs. Directs operations and activities of the transportation department (e.g. Cab routes, schedule route changes etc.) for the purpose of ensuring employees transportation to and from various
- Maintains records of employees taking transportation and other reports which is required for e.g. route chart, daily cab sheet, Utilization report, vehicle inspection records, monthly Invoice preparation, daily cab wise km tracker etc.
- Needs to go on each routes occasionally and make changes in routes as per practical
- Maintain daily Log Book of each cab and calculates Km of each
- Completes Transportation Paycheck inquiries by 3rd of every
- Knowledge of Transportation policies and procedures and ensure that each employee adheres to the policies and
- Handles day to day employee grievances to the satisfactory level and maintains tracker for the
- Responds to emergencies including after hours situations for the purpose of addressing immediate safety concerns.
- Responds to inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties (e.g. staff, parents, employees, public agencies, etc.) for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing
- Coordinate with Vendor about repairs on Cabs for the purpose of ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe operating condition.
- Take feedback from the employees and resolve them and ensure same problems don’t crop up
- To ensure all cabs are going on prescribed routes and they are on
- Ability to handle ad hoc requirements

**What we expect you to have**:

- Knowledge of Excel to prepare reports
- Driving license with the ability to drive Cab in City
- E-mail etiquettes
- Specific knowledge of Indian Transport laws/rules/regulations/policies, safety practices; safe Cab driving
- Flexibility is required to independently work with others in a wide variety of
- Be calm under pressure situations and ability to handle emergency
- Ability to work with leaders to prepare monthly Transportation roster
- Problem solving is required to analyze issues and create action plans. Problem solving with data
- Responsibilities include: working under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods; directing other persons within a department.
