Requirements
- Two (2) years experience handling logístical administration of local/long haul trucking moves.
- Any Graduate
- Male/Female
- Basic to Intermediate computer skills in programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to communicate at an intermediate to advanced level in English/Hindi Gujarati.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to meet and deal effectively with customers, executives, and the general public.
- Strong time management and organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize and be detail oriented.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, multi-task, and function effectively under pressure and time constraints.
- Must be able to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed. It is 24 hours job.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with own and other approved fleet owners.
- To plan the requirements of fleets as per receipt of bookings being received from customers/exports daily basis on timely basis and share same with operations to arrange container pickups.
- Ensuring timely pick up of containers and making it available at customers’ factory premises as per requirement.
- Rotate vehicles for optimum utilization of available fleets.
- Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities to ensure most cost-effective resources and make available suitable fleets daily to cater to customers’ requirements.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment within established systems and procedures.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and fellow employees.
- Update daily EXIM reports regularly.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from departmental managers or subdivisions regarding inland move rates and details.
- Ability to work as a team player.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
