**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally to ensure successful conversions.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Maintain call quality standards and comply with the company’s CS process.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, and market trends.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Basic verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic computer skills and typing.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience and Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in insurance, telecom, banking, or retail sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
