**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with experience in foreign exchange transactions to handle customer interactions and branch operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate billing records.
- Assist walk-in customers and provide information on foreign exchange services.
- Quote and book currency rates with customers.
- Manage fund withdrawals and support customers in currency purchase and sales.
- Coordinate with the head office for export booking and domestic currency transfers.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to the Branch Manager.
- Ensure proper filing of all vouchers and transaction-related documents.
- Follow operational procedures and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and RBI regulations.
- Promote the company’s financial products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate complaints when necessary.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience in foreign exchange transactions is required.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong mathematical and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage transactions efficiently and accurately.
