**Job Description:
- **
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that all financial
transactions are recorded and organized.
- Government Regulations: Stay updated on and ensures compliance with government
regulations, such as EPF, ESI, GST returns, and TDS filings.
- Accounting: Handle the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, and reports to provide a
clear overview of the company's financial position.
- Payroll: Manage salary preparation and disbursement, ensuring that all employees are
compensated accurately and on time in coordination with HRD department.
- Taxation: Assist in tax planning, preparation, and filing of income tax returns, both for the
company and employees.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing
necessary documentation and explanations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and
improvement in financial processes.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor payments and maintain a positive relationship with
suppliers.
- PSDT Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely submission of PSDT challans including quarterly
and annual submissions.
- STPI Department Liaison: Act as the primary contact point with the STPI department, providing
them with necessary financial and compliance documents, and facilitating audits as required.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹67,394.74 per month
