We are currently expanding and looking for dedicated **Enrolled Agents (EA)** to join our skilled tax team. Whether you're a **fresher EA** looking to launch your career or an **experienced EA** aiming to grow professionally in the outsourcing industry — we have opportunities for both.

**Position Summary**:
As an **Enrolled Agent (EA)**, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing US tax returns for individuals and businesses, assisting with tax planning, and responding to IRS queries. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely filings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and file US federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.)
- Provide tax planning, research, and consulting services to clients.
- Communicate with US clients and respond to their queries and tax notices professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the tax return preparation process.
- Stay updated with changes in IRS tax laws and guidelines.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**EA License (Enrolled Agent)** — Active and Valid (mandatory)
Strong understanding of US federal and state taxation
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of tax software (Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries, UltraTax) is a **plus**

**Experience & Salary**:

- **Freshers (with EA License)**:
No prior experience required
Starting Salary**:₹15,000/month**

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Salary Range**:₹15,000 - ₹30,000/month** (based on skills and experience)
