**Role Overview**

We're seeking a **Marketing Executive** to drive advertising sales for our education-focused platform. You'll connect with coaching centers, institutes, and education service providers to generate direct advertising revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential advertisers in education, training, and recruitment sectors
- Present advertising solutions (banner ads, sponsored posts, promotional content)
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection
- Coordinate with internal team for ad placement and client service
- Track outreach activities, conversions, and revenue performance
- Achieve monthly sales target of **₹75,000**

Daily Activities (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

**Morning (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)**:

- Research and identify 10-15 potential advertisers (coaching centers, institutes, training providers)
- Make 20-25 cold calls to prospects from lead database

**Afternoon (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)**:

- Conduct 2-3 detailed presentations/demos for interested prospects
- Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person or virtual)
- Negotiate pricing and package terms with potential clients
- Prepare and send customized proposals and quotations
- Update CRM with lead status, conversation notes, and next steps

**Evening (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM)**:

- Plan next day's outreach strategy and target list
- Follow up on pending payments and contract finalizations
- Coordinate with internal team for ongoing campaign requirements

**Client Acquisition Strategy**

**Finding Clients**:

- **Local Market Research**: Identify coaching centres, training institutes, and educational services in Bihar through online directories, Google Maps, and local business listings
- **Networking**: Attend educational fairs, career counselling events, and local business meetups
- **Referral Programs**: Leverage existing client relationships for referrals
- **Social Media Outreach**: Connect with education businesses on LinkedIn, Facebook business pages

**Meeting Approach**:

- **Initial Contact**: Professional phone introduction highlighting BiharHelp's reach (360K+ YouTube subscribers, 250K+ Telegram followers)
- **Value Proposition**: Present specific audience demographics and engagement metrics
- **Customized Solutions**: Offer tailored advertising packages based on client's target audience and budget
- **In-Person Meetings**: Prioritize face-to-face online-meetings for high-value prospects when possible

**Success Metrics**:

- Minimum 25 new contacts per day
- 10% conversion rate from initial contact to meeting
- 20% conversion rate from meeting to signed contract

**Commission Structure for our Marketing Executive**
- **Monthly Salary + 15% commission** on all confirmed advertising sales
- Payment upon successful client payment completion at the end of the month.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Proven sales and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with target-driven approach

**Education**:

- BBA (minimum)
- MBA (preferred)

**Languages**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi

**Additional Preferences**
- Certification TCS iON Career Edge - Young Professional certification (Optional)

**Work Arrangement**
- **Schedule**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- **Flexibility**: Work from office or remotely based on client meeting requirements
- **Location**: Patna, Bihar (Office available for client meetings and team coordination)
- **Travel**: Local travel may be required for high-value client meetings
