**THE ROLE: UI/UX Designer**

As a UI/UX designer, you will be working closely with all the stakeholders to create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business
- Use various ideation methods like brainstorming, interviews, focus groups to solve the user’s needs to add value to the
- Explore various design approaches to solve specific user
- Conduct user research, create user personas, conduct customer and competitor
- Define user task flows and interaction
- Use wireframes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to illustrate and present design
- Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the UI
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the
- Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with the cutting-edge
- Perform metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts
- Optimize UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and user-centeredness.
- Troubleshoot any UX
- Conduct regular research on user experience and support any pre-sales engagements that comes your
- Stay up to date with all of the industry’s trends and best

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Certifications in Interaction Design, Computer Science or any other related
- Prior experience of 4+ years with UX/UI design with a strong portfolio to show previous work.
- Great visual design, time management and multitasking
- Good understanding and Knowledge of UI frameworks and Front-end technologies.
- Good problem-solving ability with attention to
- Strong Knowledge in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and
- Hands-on in using the various visual design and wireframing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Well-read on the new technology and best practices in the
