Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers and developers to design user journeys, interfaces, and prototypes. Your primary design tool will be Figma, while knowledge of other design tools will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma.
  • Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with business and user needs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and smooth design implementation.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a design system for consistency.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1+ to 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • High proficiency in Figma (must-have).
  • Solid understanding of UI principles, UX research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision).
  • Exposure to motion design tools (Principle, After Effects, Framer).
  • Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS) for developer collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.

Prior experience in designing SaaS products or dashboards.
