**REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work on product releases solving usability problems from beginning to end: obtain requirements, perform UX discovery and research, translate research insights into design ideas that improve product usability, design workflows, and interactions, write detailed design specifications and handoff files for development, and work with developers to ensure designs are built to specifications.
- Help support and mentor Junior UX Designers with their projects to level up their skills and become more successful, which includes having meetings, reviewing their designs, ensuring they are meeting deadlines, and following processes.
- Report to the UX/UI Design Director and help implement UX/UI Design vision and strategy

**MUST HAVE**
- 5+ years of user research, UI design, and Interaction design, not including schooling.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and management skills.
- You are resilient and can synthesize multiple perspectives when designing solutions.
- You are able to manage multiple projects while leading multiple designers simultaneously.
- Worked in Waterfall or Agile, using Kanban boards.
- Experience working remotely and as a contractor
- A self-starter, who requires very little direction.
- Excellent communicator in English both written and verbal.
- Experience with Figma.
- Please note, this is not a visual design or development position. You will be performing user research and UI design.You must be a native speaker and writer of English.
- You must be able to work every day from 8 AM CST time zone.

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
