Ui/ux Designer

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Developer with expertise in Figma to join our design team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into interactive and visually appealing user interfaces. Your knowledge of Figma and UI/UX principles will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional digital products.

**User Interface Design**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces using Figma.
- Transform wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts into pixel-perfect UI designs.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, color schemes, and visual styles across the digital products.
- Incorporate user-centered design principles and best practices into UI designs.

**User Experience Design**:

- Work closely with the UX team to understand user needs, goals, and behaviors.
- Create user flows, interaction models, and information architectures to optimize the user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve UI designs.
- Implement intuitive and responsive design solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

**Figma Expertise**:

- Utilize Figma as the primary tool for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Create and maintain design systems, libraries, and component libraries within Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and efficiency in Figma workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Figma and leverage them to improve design processes.

**Front-End Development Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
- Provide design assets, specifications, and documentation to facilitate smooth handoff.
- Collaborate on technical feasibility and provide input during the development process.
- Offer guidance and support to developers regarding design implementation and user interactions.

**Design Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with the design team, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and creative discussions.
- Communicate design ideas, concepts, and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Seek and provide constructive feedback to maintain high design standards and continuously improve design outputs.

**Industry Trends and Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in design communities, webinars, and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Share insights, knowledge, and expertise with the design team to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your Figma expertise and UI design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of its features, components, and collaboration capabilities.
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and iconography.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience with responsive design principles and designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design outputs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- UX/ui: 2 years (required)
