**Skills/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, UX, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar UX-related role.
- A portfolio demonstrating samples of work in UX/UI that showcases process driven user experience & creative problem solving design skills
- Expertise in Figma and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset.

**Good to Have**:

- Recognised UX / UI certifications.
- Experience working in an Agile development process.
- Basic knowledge of analytics, including Google Analytics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand product and business requirements, analyze data, research user needs and define the UX goals for the project
- Overseeing the UX/UI Design of all the products
- Ensuring proper design practises are followed from ideation to development
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate user centered design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
