- **Responsibilities**:_

**Website Management and Optimization**:

- Maintain and enhance the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve the online shopping experience.
- Monitor site performance, track metrics, and address technical issues promptly.

**Product Listings and Inventory Management**:

- Manage product catalogs, including accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely updates and stock availability.
- Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.

**Order Processing and Fulfillment**:

- Process online orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally.

**Online Marketing and Campaigns**:

- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions.

**Customer Service and Support**:

- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer feedback.
- Ensure a positive post-purchase experience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and website traffic.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Indiamart, shopify).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
