**Job Title: Trainer - Education Sector**

**About TiTLi**: TiTLi (Together in Transforming Learning in India), founded in 2015, works to strengthen the rural and urban education system by delivering effective Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) across India. TiTLi empowers educators with innovative training programs that create holistic learning environments for children.

**Job Details**
- **Positions Available: 8 trainers**

**-Job Location: On-site (Travel across Himachal Pradesh)**

**-Training Language: Hindi & English**

**-Training Mode: Hybrid (Online via Zoom & Offline)**

**-Duration: 10 months**

**-Remuneration: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month**

**Trainer Locations Required**
- Kinnaur - 1 trainer
- Kullu - 2 trainers (1 should be open to working in Lahaul & Spiti for 2 months)
- Mandi - 2 trainers
- Chamba - 1 trainer
- Shimla - 1 trainer
- Una - 1 trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for teachers, equipping them with assessment tools and methodologies.
- Adapt training sessions to suit the needs of educators with varying experience levels (1-30 years).
- Utilize both online (Zoom) and offline platforms effectively for training delivery.
- Ensure consistent documentation of sessions, gather feedback, and support program improvements.
- Collaborate with TiTLi teams to align training with project goals and ensure seamless execution.

**Skills & Competencies Required**:

- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in training educators and conducting teacher development programs.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
- Comfort with both online (Zoom) and offline training methodologies.
- Ability to engage and motivate teachers across diverse backgrounds.
- Prior experience in the education sector, especially in teacher training, is preferred.
