**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and impactful content for press releases, media pitches, speeches, and other PR materials.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the PSU's PR strategy.
- Collaborate with the PR team to develop crisis communication materials, ensuring consistent and timely messaging during challenging situations.
- Contribute to the social media accounts, ensuring that content aligns with PR goals and strategies.
- Provide content support for PR events, including speeches, press kits, and promotional materials.
- Use analytics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Post-Graduation in Mass Communication, Journalism, or English (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PR or Journalism, preferably in a corporate or public sector environment.
- Conversant with social media tools and familiar with digital marketing, social media trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
