**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for RD, India & the Leadership Team
- Expense management for RD, India & the Leadership Team
- Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.
- Maintain key sales related records & documentation
- Key activity coordination & follow up (primarily, for the sales organization)
- Assist in organizing sales events, meetings, and presentations.
- Organize & prepare for key meetings, including gathering of documents, attending to the logistics of meetings
- Calendarize and facilitate weekly management / sales calls, follow up on the minutes & actionable with respective stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Proven experience in similar past positions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Attention to detail.
- Good at collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders.
