**Be Body Wise**, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 4M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, Sleep and nutrition.
**Little Joys**, is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists
**Responsibilities**:
**International Shipment Management**:
- Coordinate with logistics partners to manage and track international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs documentation.
- Monitor shipment progress, addressing and resolving any delays or issues that arise.
**Amazon, Tik Tok Inventory Management**:
- Oversee the process of sending stock to Amazon's / Tik Tok’s fulfillment centers.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure continuous product availability.
- Liaise with Amazon support / Tik Tok Support to resolve any logístical issues.
- Take control and work on other miscellaneous aspects to Amazon/ Tik Tok account management
**Amazon Listing Management**:
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to enhance visibility and sales.
- Conduct market research to align our listings with current trends and customer preferences.
- Manage product images, descriptions, and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
**Shipment Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize shipping costs and time.
- Analyze shipping data to improve logistics and supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehousing partners /team to maintain inventory flow
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on managing international shipments and Amazon, TikTok platform logistics. Adequate knowledge of excel. Familiarity to the amazon, TikTok platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated high ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility for the outcomes of logistics and operations activities.
- Highly structured and meticulous approach, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, shipment tracking, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage complex logistics operations smoothly.
