Roles and responsibilities for Telesales executive:
**Sales Generation**:

- Conducting and initiating calls to potential customers, promoting the products.
- Lead conversion: Follow up on leads generated through WhatsApp, Instagram etc., converting them into sales.
- Inform customers about ongoing discounts, new arrivals etc.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Handling Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Uphold a manner professionalism in all communications, representing the brand positively.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Understanding Jewelry products: Maintain in depth knowledge of the jewelry range, and designs etc., to effectively inform customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell products based on customer needs and preferences.

**Order Processing**:

- Accurately process customer orders over the phone and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle payment process carefully.

**Database Management**:

- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Prepare reports on performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with instore staff to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help refine sales strategies.
