**Job Summary**
**Educational Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related fields.
2. Master's degree in Counseling, Educational Psychology, or related fields (preferred).
**Skills**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work with diverse populations (students, parents, teachers).
3. Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques.
5. Familiarity with educational laws and policies followed in Delhi schools.
6. Ability to convert leads into admissions.
**Experience**:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as admission counsellor in school.
2. Experience working with children and adolescents.
3. Familiarity with Delhi school admissions processes (till senior secondary school).
**Personal Qualities**:
1. Empathy and compassion.
2. Organizational and time management skills.
3. Discretion and confidentiality.
4. Ability to handle stress and crisis situations.
5. Passion for education and student well-being.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
