**Job Title**: Admission Counselor

**Job Overview**:
An Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process at an educational institution, such as a college, university, or technical school. They serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and help them understand the admissions requirements and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
**Counseling**: Offer guidance to applicants, helping them make informed decisions about their educational goals and the programs that align with their interests and qualifications.

**Interviews**: Conduct interviews or meetings with prospective students to evaluate their suitability for the institution and gather additional information for the admissions process.

**Events and Outreach**: Represent the institution at college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment events to attract potential students and answer their questions.

**Financial Aid Information**: Provide information about scholarships, grants, and financial aid options to help applicants understand their funding opportunities.

**Reporting**: Generate reports on admission statistics, applicant demographics, and other relevant data for institutional use.

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor's Degree**: Typically, a bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students and colleagues.

**Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills to assist applicants and provide a positive experience throughout the admission process.

**Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using office software and student information systems for record-keeping and communication.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and work as part of a team.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing admissions requirements, institutional policies, and technology.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
