**Job Title: Admissions Counselor (English Language Proficient)**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admissions Counselor who is fluent in English to join our admissions team. As an Admissions Counselor, you will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students, answering inquiries and providing information about academic programs, admissions requirements, and campus life.
- Conduct admissions interviews, evaluate applicant credentials, and make admissions decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and staff to coordinate admissions events, campus tours, and informational sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant data, correspondence, and admissions decisions using the institution's admissions management system.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in higher education admissions, participating in professional development activities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services is preferred but not require
