**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Target Sales Opportunities**:

- Research and identify potential clients in need of IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
- **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**:

- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Tailor sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- **Build and Maintain Client Relationships**:

- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Understand Client Needs**:

- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Recommend appropriate IT solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
- **Negotiate and Close Sales**:

- Prepare detailed sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close profitable sales agreements.
- **Collaborate with Technical Teams**:

- Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure seamless delivery and deployment of services.
- **Stay Informed About IT Trends**:

- Keep up to date with the latest IT products, services, and market trends.
- Share relevant industry insights with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
- **Track and Report Sales Performance**:

- Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Adjust sales strategies based on performance data to optimize results.

**Your Profile**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an IT Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the IT industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Knowledge**:

- In-depth knowledge of IT industry trends and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape and key players in the IT sector.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
