As an IT Sales Executive at Bringletech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining relationships with our existing clients. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting our IT solutions, and closing deals. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions and services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
