**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details and feedback.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about the product or service to address customer queries effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of telecalling or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)].
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong listening skills and a positive attitude toward customer interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales or lead generation will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
