**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives and targets.
2. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to optimize campaign performance.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
4. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
5. Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track and measure campaign success.
6. Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising to inform campaign strategies.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to align campaign objectives and messaging.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
2. Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of success.
3. Proficiency in Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
8. Experience with other digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
